Is That Sarcasm?

Graham Parker and The Shot---"Steady Nerves"

MoTW---"Fame"

I kinda feel bad for those people waiting outside the courthouse for the
final verdict in the Michael Jackson case.

Maybe it's because I'm a big softie, but I feel bad that they've come
from all over the world in order to show their support for MJ only to
have the media badmouth their icon.

Tears flowed from my eyes when the doughy woman/man flipped off the
camera(s) with both hands claiming that they wouldn't show THAT on tv,
but they did. Of course the raised middle fingers were blurred out,
proving that the media was not only out to get Michael, but his
supporters as well.

She/he/it was trying to make a statement by showing what he/it/she felt
about the media, but they turned around and refused to show the world
its/his/her true feelings. Shame on you media. Shame!

Then someone on a certain cable channel had to go and get a restraining
order against some pudgy guy who was just trying to fire up the Jackson
supporters. The poor guy probably doesn't have much in life to look
forward to, and now he might have a record and won't be able to get a
job and finally move out of his parent's basement. Again, shame on you
media! Shame, shame, SHAME!

And how dare the media assume that those people gathered outside the
courthouse don't have jobs or lives? How in the world can the media make
such an assumption? It's not like these people are like those that
camped out for a couple months waiting for the newest Star Wars movie?
Most of these Michael Jackson fans have only been waiting for a couple
weeks, not a couple months. I'm sure most, if not all, of those people
have really good jobs and fascinating lives, so shame on you media for
not leaving these fine people alone!

How dare the media show where Michael would have to stay if convicted!
There's no reason why we should be shown the prison, much less the cell,
which Michael would be calling home.
Why would the media go and show us something like this? Why, it's
because they've already convicted Michael! It's just another shameless
ploy by the media to turn us all against him. Shameful!

Darn that media! The more I think and fume about it, the more I realize
that it was all the fault of the media that Martha Stewart went to jail.
Charles Manson was sent to jail because of those dastardly media people
too! And if the media gets their way, they'll be sending frail Michael
to the same prison where Charles is! It all ties together! It's a big
conspiracy backed by the media. Turn off your tv's! Don't read the
newspaper! Stop listening to talk radio!

We can fight them and win! We have to rise up and show those big, bad
meanies in the media that we're not going to take it anymore! Michael
Jackson is 110% innocent and we don't need the evil media to take him
away from us!

Let us prey!
